Features: MLT Electronic Board
WHAT THE COMPONENT DOES
The electronic board is the supervisory and control device of the charger.
EXCLUSIVE DESIGN FEATURES
Eagletronic chargers have microprocessor (uP) controlled electronic boards, designed and programmed by Bassi using 8-bit and 16-bit devices of the latest generation. Bassi has been a pioneer in the use of this technology applied in battery chargers, with his first design made in the 1979 using a Z80 microprocessor.
THE EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURING METHODS
Today the boards are manufactured and programmed using automatic devices. Each board is tested and trimmed automatically, using a computer-based accelerated test equipment (designed by Bassi), capable of handling many boards contemporarily. In 75 minutes of accelerated test, each board makes 7500 simulated charge cycles, under the supervision of the computer. The test is passed only if zero errors occur.
